By proceeding with the purchase of any product, service, or resource made available on or through this website — including but not limited to courses, digital products, templates, services, e-books, videos, webinars, blog posts, newsletters, emails, and social media communications (collectively referred to as the “Website”) — you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Payments, Returns & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to the terms set out below, please do not proceed with any purchase through this Website.

1. ONLINE COURSES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Payments

If you choose to pay for a course or programme using a payment plan, you are legally responsible for completing all instalments unless a refund is granted in accordance with the policy below. You may not cancel or avoid future payments outside of this policy.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorise EverBooked Studio and any third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method automatically, as per your agreed terms.

If all eligible payment methods on file are declined, you must promptly provide an alternative valid payment method. Failure to do so will result in the suspension or termination of your access to the purchased programme.

If you have not requested a refund within the eligible timeframe, you remain legally obligated to complete all remaining instalments.

Refunds for Courses and Programmes

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of online education, refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.

After 14 days, all payments are strictly non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the agreed fee — regardless of whether you have accessed or completed the course.

If your refund request is approved, all licences and access rights granted to course materials will be immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the materials and permanently delete all copies in your possession (including video recordings, downloads, templates, membership access, and private community content).

EverBooked Studio will instruct its payment processor to issue your refund promptly. Please note that processing times may vary and cannot be expedited by EverBooked Studio.

If you opted for a payment plan and did not request a refund within 14 days, you are legally required to complete all remaining payments.

Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of EverBooked Studio.

If payments are overdue, you agree to pay interest on all outstanding sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is greater.

Should a payment plan require revision or customisation, this may be done once at no charge. Any additional alterations will incur a £100 administration fee per plan adjustment.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & TEMPLATES

Payment Plans

If you purchase a digital download or template using an instalment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorise EverBooked Studio and any third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method automatically in accordance with your plan’s terms.

If payment methods fail, you must update your payment details within three (3) days to avoid disruption of access. If payment remains outstanding after three days, a £50 late fee will be applied.

If payments remain delinquent for more than 30 days, the full balance of your purchase will become immediately due. If delinquency extends beyond 45 days, your account may be referred for collection.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the instant and irrevocable access to digital products upon purchase, all sales are final.

This includes but is not limited to all downloadable files, templates, digital tools, and any products delivered electronically, regardless of whether they are purchased outright or via a payment plan.

No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge that this constitutes a final sale.

If you fail to make a scheduled payment for a digital product or template purchased via an instalment plan, a three (3) day grace period will apply before a £25 late fee is added to your account. If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, the full remaining balance of your plan will become immediately due. Continued non-payment beyond 45 days may result in your account being referred to a collections agency. Please note that non-payment constitutes a breach of the purchase agreement, and you will no longer have any licence or permission to use, display, or benefit from the purchased template or any associated materials until all outstanding payments have been made in full.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods, no exchanges or substitutions are permitted once the files have been delivered.
