By purchasing any product, service or resource available on or through this website, including but not limited to digital products, templates, courses, educational resources and services (together, the "Products"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Payments, Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with any purchase through this website.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, TEMPLATES & INCLUDED RESOURCES

This section applies to all digital products, including Showit website templates, wedding guides, canvas and page add-ons, and any downloadable files, digital tools or products delivered electronically.

It also applies to any educational resources and bonuses included with a digital product, such as The Launch Roadmap and its bonuses, which are included with every signature Showit template and are not sold separately.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the instant access you receive to digital products upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, returns or cancellations will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, whether it was purchased outright or via a payment plan.

When you purchase a digital product, you agree to receive immediate access to it and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once access has begun.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, no exchanges or substitutions are permitted once the files have been delivered.

Payment Plans

If you purchase a digital product using a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorise EverBooked Studio and any third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method automatically in accordance with your plan's terms.

Late or Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, you must update your payment details within three (3) days. If payment remains outstanding after this three-day grace period, a $35 late fee will be added to your account.

If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, the full remaining balance of your plan will become immediately due. Continued non-payment beyond 45 days may result in your account being referred to a collections agency.

Non-payment constitutes a breach of your purchase agreement. Until all outstanding payments have been made in full, you will no longer have any licence or permission to use, display or benefit from the purchased product or any associated materials, including The Launch Roadmap.

2. ONLINE COURSES & PROGRAMMES PURCHASED SEPARATELY

This section applies only to courses and programmes purchased as standalone products. It does not apply to educational resources included with a digital product, which are covered by Section 1.

Refunds

Refunds for standalone courses and programmes are available within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the agreed fee, regardless of whether you have accessed or completed the course.

If your refund request is approved, all licences and access rights to the course materials will be immediately revoked. You must stop using the materials and permanently delete all copies in your possession, including video recordings, downloads, templates, membership access and private community content.

EverBooked Studio will instruct its payment processor to issue your refund promptly. Processing times may vary and cannot be expedited by EverBooked Studio.

Payment Plans

If you choose to pay for a course or programme using a payment plan, you are legally responsible for completing all instalments unless a refund is granted in accordance with this policy. You may not cancel or avoid future payments outside of this policy.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorise EverBooked Studio and any third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method automatically in accordance with your agreed terms.

If all payment methods on file are declined, you must promptly provide a valid alternative payment method. Failure to do so will result in the suspension or termination of your access to the course or programme.

If you have not requested a refund within the 14-day period, you remain legally obligated to complete all remaining instalments.

Changes to Payment Plans

A payment plan may be revised once at no charge. Any additional changes will incur a $125 administration fee per adjustment.

3. SERVICES

Services such as Clarity Consulting, Template Customisation and Brand & Website Design are governed by the terms of the client agreement you sign before your project begins, including the payment schedule, retainer and cancellation terms.

4. OVERDUE PAYMENTS

If any payment is overdue, we may charge interest on all outstanding sums at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

This policy forms part of the Terms of Use for this website. EverBooked Studio may update or change this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. The policy in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
