Once your site is complete and approved, I’ll transfer it to your Showit account and carry out final checks. You’ll also receive launch support, training videos, and everything you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Launch
We’ll start with the home page to establish the style, layout, and direction. Once it’s designed, you’ll have two rounds of revisions to refine it. With that approved, I’ll move on to the remaining pages, again with two rounds of revisions, to keep the entire site cohesive, strategic, and aligned with your goals.
Design & Refine
You’ll complete a guided content workbook and questionnaire to help clarify your goals, ideal clients, and message. Depending on your choice of package, I’ll also carry out research into your business, audience, and competitors.
Discovery
We’ll begin with a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer. A simple payment plan will be set up for the remaining balance, usually split into three instalments but flexible if needed. Once that’s complete, your spot is officially secured.

Nope! Your Showit template is included in this service. We’ll help you choose the best fit for your brand and customise it for you.
Yes—Showit is designed to be user-friendly, and you’ll receive a site that’s easy to update going forward. You’ll also receive video tutorials and access to other recommended resources to make it as straightforward for you as possible.
You’ll need an active Showit subscription (although you won’t need this until just before launch), your domain, and possibly any custom fonts if you have premium fonts in your brand identity. We also recommend making sure your site includes up-to-date privacy policies and any other legal documents relevant to your business.
Part of the customisation service includes our help choosing the best-fit template for your brand, goals, and content. While the final decision is yours, we'll guide you by looking at your style, services, and dream client journey to recommend the best option.
We'll update your template with your branding, fonts, colours, copy, and images. We'll also duplicate or remove canvases to match your needs. Everything will be tailored to feel like your site, but because this isn’t a full custom design, we won’t be creating layouts or elements from scratch.
Mostly, yes—this service is built around high-quality, strategic templates like the ones we’ve created. That said, there are a handful of other designers we know and trust whose templates are beautifully built and aligned with EverBooked. If you already have a template in mind from another designer, just mention it in your inquiry—if it’s a good fit for this service, we’ll happily work with it. If you do choose to use a template from another designer, you’ll be responsible for purchasing that separately and providing the share key before the project start date.
We'll set up and style your main blog page, individual post layout, category pages, search functionality, and connect your WordPress blog to your Showit site, making sure everything looks cohesive and works seamlessly. We'll apply your branding, and upload up to 6 of your written blog posts so you’re ready to go from day one, primed to boost your SEO.
